  1. Robo hamsters are dwarf hamsters that love to live in company. All hamsters require time, attention and care so if you are one with no time in your hands, then don't go for a hamster.

However if you feel you can do justice to taking care of a hamster as a pet, I think you should go in for a Syrian hamster since -

They are bigger and easier to handle and tame

They love to be alone and hate company in their cages

  2. Robo hamsters do make good pets! They spend most of their own time grooming themselves. They are very active so a hamster wheel is a must! Get some toys for them if you don't have all the time on your hands, since they do groom a lot.

  3. ye there very sociable i like them never held 1 but they look nice enough i say go for it u want 1 you get 1 they dont take alot o looking after and they sleep during the day so it not matter if u out all day coz they nocturnal

  4. With any hamster, the more you handle it the more it grows to like being handled, especially at a young age.  Though vice versa is true.  Even if your hamster loved being held, leaving it in the cage too often and not holding it will cause it to lean towards wanting to stay in the cage all the time.

I agree with a couple of the other posts though that suggest a wheel, etc.

  5. well robopets are okay, but they are not the real thing.
