  1. Spinning and frequent abs classes. A girl I do spinning with had a baby 2 months ago and after doing that twice a week you would never know she just had a baby.

  3. if  u are looking for a flat stomach biking and running wont help u. Although they do help do burn extra fat so that u can tone your muscle better. If you are looking for nice abs do lots of sit ups.

Running and cycling are cardio exercises, so they are great at burning calories and helping you to loose weight.  They don't target the stomach muscles or anything like that, but the cardio benefits of running/cycling combined with doing ab exercises, I think, will produce better results.  Remember that alternating your exercises is important, so if you're doing ab stuff 3x a week, run or cycle 2 days and rest the other two:  

    Ab-run-off-ab-cycle-ab-off.

  5. Localised abdominal exercises are better. Like sit-ups. You could also try pilates.

  6. cycling and running will burn tummy fat, sit-ups and crunches will develop abs, pilates and yoga will tone abs.
