That totally depends on the work you do. What salary are we talking about. Depending on your profession you can find either a 400 USD per month or even 20.000 usd per month.And i'm not "kidding",totally serious.

what is low for you, and what salaries are you talking about ?

For example l work for an advertising agency in Bursa, close to istanbul, in the south of it, and l earn  over $ 15.000 per month, and l am not kidding. Of course this pretty high compared to salaries in Turkey.
