Are saudi arabians considered white/caucasian?

my cousin who is saudi has dark brown hair andhazel eyes and a light olive skin color and im more of a copper shade? my cousin lives in michigan and doesnt know wether he is white or not but hes much fairer then me im more of a reddish brown copper bronze tone! what race are arabians?

Middle eastern people or arabs are technically asians.

some say they are Caucasian well genuine arabs from central of arabian peninsula who have strict marriage arrangment almost always belong to the haplogroup j1 which is common in middleast and exists in europe specially south europe.
