Are sea monkeys really...real?

i see them on tv and on the internet.are sea monkeys real?as in living,breething,eating everything?

I'm not sure what they are, but yea they eat and swim and grow, they'r not that intresting really

there are simply brine shrimp. so they are real, but just real shrimp, not "sea monkeys"

Well they aren't "monkeys" but are  real critters - just brine shrimp actually. The same that you feed fish. Not really exciting really. They are mostly from  salt lakes and marshes.  You can order sea monkeys or just get a brine shrimp hatchery at your local aquatics store.
