Are serial killers bad?

Yes serial killers are bad. They are technically a hazard to the health of the people around them. I am doing a project for school about them and having learned what I have they are not easily noticable which makes it even worse. A serial killer is a person who MURDERS at least 3 people over a period of time. Key word: MURDER!! As in what will take away the life of another on purpose. Therefore making them very bad.
