Well you are d**n right, this is the fallout of the resent Scarlett murder etc. i was there in Goa and they told us to give our order for food etc be for 11.00pm.Goa is a great place the people are really sweet,I thing that is why all of us coming down to Goa bully them, you know they go all out to help any one who is in trouble,the place is also safe,please do not go to places which have darkness and a lot of grass growing,a snake might bite you to death and then blame the goans and goa as not safe. Laugh! Laugh!!

There is such a directive but it remains to be seen whether it is enforced or remains being enforced.

The Scarlett episode is a sad thing that happened but then how can a parent let her child roam around like that by herself late night?
