  1. It depends on what you mean by "she-male"

There are men who get their testes removed and get breast implants who call themselves she-males.

However, then there are intersexed people. Someone who is intersexed may be a true hermaphrodite, meaning they have cells in their body with xx and xy combinations of chromosomes, and may have a combination of both male and female reproductive organs, or may be psuedohermaphrodites, which means they are genetically xx, or xy but have outwardly male or female appearing genitalia or ambiguous genitalia. There are many things that can cause this.

  2. myth they are trannies

  3. "Shemales" are also known as trans genders.  In clothing they can appear to be like any other female, but the difference is while they have b*****s they also have a p***s.

Not sure on this as it's just a theory (I think), but something with the sperm and eggs create the makings of both a male and female and somewhere early on in the 9 months instead of having twins only one baby is made and the body appears to be that of a male at first (as it has a p***s), and then the estrogen (female hormone) kicks in which starts the growing of the b*****s.

  4. they're real and they're  men dressed up as women
