haha no i don't think so, as long as you wear something under the jacket, i would probably wear some tights too.

I don't think short shorts are S****y, only mini skirts. And those are not very short either, so no.

No! It may not be appropriate for all occasions but it's a sounds like it would be a cute outfit.

Plus, clothes aren't necessarily S****y, it's how the person in them carries themselves.

It doesn't sound too bad but if you want to be safe I would suggest like a shirt/tank-top and a loose jacket or a sweatshirt.
