Are sit-ups and squats OK to do while on your period...?

A friend told me her mom said it's not good to do exercise such as squats & sit-ups while on your period because you can damage something down there because it's sensitive at that time? Is this true?

  1. No!  You can do anything you would do if you didn't have your period.  Don't let your period control your life.

    (The exercise might even help ease your cramps)

    its actually good to exersize when u have your period because it will help with your cramps

  3. Exercises during a period actually help the uterus to expel the period, I know it can be messy, but active sexual fun is very good for helping periods! It is also the safest time!
