  1. Depends are they her sleeping pill prescribed for her use only or are they herbal ones ..

I used to take these but stopped they made me feel worse than i already did, they will dope her up because this is what they are used for BUT if she is taking something that isn't for her she needs to stop fast

  2. Sleeping pills are not something I would recommend. Your friend might have taken too many, but it's doubtful that she overdosed. Give her a call...

  3. Sleeping pills should be taken moderately (read the label)

But, taking them almost everyday... is very bad for anyone since they might become dependent and might not be able to sleep without it,

  4. sleeping pills aren't good at any age.  The pills were probably having an affect on her, that is why she was acting strange.

  5. It's sweet that you are so concerned for your girlfriend :)  She should NOT be taking sleeping pills at her age.  If she's truly having trouble sleeping, she needs to work on other ways to relax before bedtime.  A hot bubble bath, a cool fan in her room, soft music, reading a magazine or book.  If she trys these things and still has problems sleeping, she should see her family doctor.  There may be something else going on.

  6. there body can't handle  what makes them do

  7. um ya jus as long as she dont mix it with alcohol and do it every night she should be fine dont worry

u might wanna check up on her tho lol

  8. There is nothing wrong with taking sleeping pills every now and then.  Your girlfriend was acting weird because the pills were in her system and she needed to be sleeping.  She should not take them every night.  Long exposure to sleeping pills can cause a dependency and she may start to need them every night in order to fall asleep.  Hope this helps and good luck.
