Are sleeping pills effective?

Are they a good way of suicide? I've heard that they were.. but just wanted some more opinion about it. So does anybody know a good method of suicide? Thanks for your time.

There is no good way...ever! What ever you are going through Jesus can help you through, pray to him as he loves you!

If you take enough you could die, yes. They are effective and surely you will die in your sleep, peacefully. But no method of suicide is a good method. I'm not gonna give a bullshit answer and try to be a suicide hotline over Yahoo Answers, but it's really not a good idea. Hope everything works out.
