Are snowboard binding baseplates interchangeable?

I have Sims bindings, and want a Burton Royale board. The bindings are 4x4, and I know that they don't work. Is there a way of changing the baseplate so that they will work?

  1. Yea, if your binders didn't come with extra disks, go to any shop and ask for them.  They'll have them.  You might get them for free, or you might have to pay.  Or you could contact Sims themselves and see if they could give you a pair.

  2. just call sims,  they will make baseplates for burton, although you won't get them when you purchase the bindings.  they'll send them to you absolutely free, i've done this w/my forums don't pay for em unless you need them immediately.  it wouldn't take more than a week to get them.

  3. i would try contacting burton and getting some of their baseplates to see if they fit in your bindings. even if they dont theyre probably pretty cheap and its worth trying.
