Are some good things to write on your resume?

Im old enough to have my first job so im in the midst of writing my first resume trouble is i dont know what to write :s

what are some good 'personal skills' to have on your resume, i have,

PERSONAL SKILLS

• Able to work individually or in team situations

• Outgoing and Reliable

• Caring

• Helpful and willing to help someone when needed

• Self motivated,

what else is there???

I would use more objective responses, such as:

keyboarding: MS Word, Excel, Adobe

problem solving

office machines

time management

telephone skills

filing

just put qualification, skills any past experiances that kind of thing.
