Are some humans more sensual than others?

are some humans more physically sensitive than others, and are able to experience both physical pleasure, and pain more intensely?

or is it spread evenly throughout everybody?

i believe every person is different there are more ppl who are more sensitive like me and my sister i am physically sensitive and hate feeling pain but my sister is opposite she could care less about physical pain she has 6 or 7 tattoos which are HUGE and thick with black on them and we're light complected just to give you an example

Everyone is different.  Different levels of intensity, etc.

Yes...  but the pain sensors and pleasure sensors are very different.  Different stimuli.  I experience high levels of sensual sensitivity, however, I also have a ridiculously high pain tolerance.  Even my doctors are baffled.  I feel it, recognize pain, but it doesn't bother me like it does most people.  

Generally, people who are physically and emotionally more sensitive are called autistic.
