Are some muscles easier to build than others?

Just wondering, are the triceps easier to work than the biceps? How about the back and chest? Are out large body muscles easier to enlarge opposed to our arm muscles? Let's figuratively say that someone was to work the chest and triceps equally, which area would grow faster? Or are they all relatively the same in terms of growth rate to exercise ratio? Just wondering, I thought it would make an interesting question.

  1. If you work each muscle to its max, then they will develop at the same rate. If you push each muscle to its max and can only do 8 reps, then all your muscles will grow at the same speed (in general). Everybody is different though, and someones biceps may grow faster than the triceps. But in general, muscles grow evenly.

Say you can do 8 concentration curls at 30 pounds.

Then you do 8 bench presses at 100 pounds.

You reach failure with each set.

Your biceps and your chest should grow at the same rate.

  2. WELL IT DEPENDS. WELL BELIEVE IT OR NOT SOME MUSCLES CAN  GROW FASTER THAN OTHERS. MY CHEST GROWS FASTER THAN MY TRICEPS, BECAUSE MY TRICEPS NEED TO BE WORKED OUT WITH HIGH SETS.ACTUALLY I WORKOUT MY BODY WITH HIGH SETS AND EACH BODY PART TWICE A WEEK. BUT IT ALL DEPENDS ON YOUR BODY TYPE AND GENETICS
