Are sorbets vegan?

and what are they made out of?

cause i'm pretty sure they're made out of water, but i would like to be positive.

yes they are =D, a sorbet is sweetened water flavored with fruit (typically juice or puree), chocolate, wine, and/or liqueur if you want, it doesnt have any animal products and is usually way, waaay healthier than ice cream. You would love Granita!!

Sorbets, unlike ice cream, usually do not contain dairy products.  If you are talking about a tub of sorbet that you get at a grocery, of course you can look on the label to see the ingredients.  If you are in a restaurant, just ask the server.
