Question:

Are spiders with one longer leg common?

i live in London, and ive been seeing these spiders in my house/garden, with one leg that is quite considerably longer than the rest. It even looks like it has problems walking with it, but yet it seems to be the most active. is this common or are all these spiders just deformed?
