Are sports bras supposed to completely cover your b***s?

I just bought this one sports bra that doesn't completely cover my b***s at the top and I was wondering if this was normal? How do you know if you need to increase the cup size or the band size?

  1. well depends on what size you have if your like a D then no if your a a then yes, its kind of like a tank top in thhat sense.

  2. Sports bras are usually full cup styles so that they can support and contain your bust properly during excercise. If you have a big cup size you might have a small amount of cleavage visible, but there should never be any bulging out.

If in doubt, try a bigger cup size. It's a lot easier to tell if the cups are too big than too small! Don't make the mistake of increasing the band size instead - this will make the back looser which will lead to poor support. You only need to get a bigger band size if the one you're wearing is too tight to fasten.

The links I have given below will explain in more detail how to tell if your bra fits properly.

  3. Sportbras should be brought two sizes too big for you,so when you wash them don't put them in the dryer, let them air dry so they will last longer. {example] 34b, buy 36 or 38 depend on your back size also. one more them most women like to be comfortable.

    Some  men like to guess?

  4. Yes this is perfectly normal. Sport bras are amazing support and they keep you tight and packed in :) It's normal for your boob to stick out a little over the top because the bra is tightening everything so your b*****s kind of move up and forward.
