Are state mental health institute employees exempt from Arnold's executive order?

I'm a student assistant at Patton State Hospital, which is a 24 hour care facility with forensic patients. I assume I would have been told if my job was terminated or pay was cut, but just wondering.

It's not for sure yet. State controller is fighting with Arnold right now. He said he'll pay the normal wage, and Arnold is threatening to sue him if he doesn't follow the order. All we can do is wait and see..
