I'll be going back to college in 2 days, and have gained a LOT of weight these past 8 months(about 25lbs) I'm 5'9" and 215lbs, and I really want to lose weight quickly. I know it won't happen overnight, but what's the best way to slim down? I plan to swim daily and run on treadmills daily as well, along with the obvious weight-room sessions to gain muscle. How effective are treadmills and pools for weight loss, and are there other better exercises? I also plan to eat healthier, fyi.
