Are t-mobile phones and motorola phones the same?

Are compaies partner or somethins.. coz i saw the sidekick 3 with a motorola logo at the back.. just wandering...

Sidekick phones are made exclusively just for T-Mobile. However there are several manufacturing companies that design and manufacture the Sidekick phones. The Sidekick 2 and 3 were originally made by Sharp.  The operating system for the Sidekick is created by Danger. The newer Sidekick Slide is manufactured by Motorola. The Sidekick LX is manufactured by Sharp. This is the first time that Sidekick has ever gone with Motorola to make their Sidekick devices they have usually always been made by Sharp.
