  1. Mine doesn't chase the freaking stick -- for months now -- it's like he just doesn't GET it? you know? he's tough to pet, and impossible to tackle & lay-around with on the rug when we're watching football games on TV...

    (not good pets)

  2. i find that they are wonderful. if you are just starting out get a rose haired or red kneed as they are really calm. pink toes are nice too but they are a bit more jumpy. and those three are easiest to find and not poisonous. if you get hair flicked on you, it is an irritation, like a bee sting. same for a bite, though i have never been bitten. they are quite low maintenance. and watching them eat is awesome. a 10 gallon tank is a good size cage for life, food would be crickets mainly. i tried to give my girlie waxworms but she didn't go for it but she's fasting now to moult so maybe that's why. they get about the size of your palm legspan included. girls live a lot longer than boys. one of my girls recently died at 20 years old. i don't really have much bad to say except that they don't like to be held too much. but they are okay to hold when moving or cleaning the cage so long as you go about it properly.

  3. they are small, clean and quit. i dont like spiders personally but i hear they make good pets. check out the webpge i sited.
