Are tattoos still not allowed abroad, and can you get a job here in Philippines when you have a tattoo?

i'm planning to have a wrist tattoo in the near future

but do you think i can go abroad or have a job here in Philippines if i have a tattoo?

I'm not from Philippines but what i think is you're not allowed to work as a professional in your country if you have tattoos. you're also not allowed to work abroad if you have those tattoos.
