Are the 16oz. summer Coke, Diet Coke, and Coke Zero cans available in Georgia?

I live in griffin, ga 30224. i have seen the 16oz. bottles everywhere but I cannot find the cans. I see them all over eBay. If you live in georgia and have seen these, in your answer say which city you live in. thanks!
