  1. No. Gaudin used to be a starter and is probably used to pitching this much. I think they're just resting the other relief pitchers, like trying to bring Marmol his stuff back.


  2. Nah.  He's just the most durable in the bullpen right now.  Once some of these guys get the rest they need then Gaudin won't have to come in as often.  He's fine for now though.

  3. think of it this way: would you rather use a "overused" good reliever or would you rather use a S****y reliever (howry) when he is nice and rested? plus samardzija had the night off, but should be available tonight, but he probably won't be needed with zambrano pitching.

  4. He is going good and Managers tend to use the hot hand while it is hot, if you sit him for too long he may start to think about it and then it is gone, you have LaTroy Hawkins back in the pen!
