If they are, they are behind the times. The Republicans have some of the most powerfully staged photo-ops in the world. They will never compete with the Republicans ability to exploit tragedy, whether it is 9/11 or New Orleans.

Yes and that is what the last governor did during Katrina. When Bush wanted to send in the guard to help them out like they did the past few days she said no. She wanted for him to look bad no matter how mainly people ended up dieing.

They where all to happy that it was going to happen again, but I do not think they where expecting the great work that was done.

Come on now Katrina was a Republican blunder, under Republican watch the French will now be building American Aircraft, under the Republican watch America now faces its worse economic status since the Great Depression.
