  1. They do not have nutrition information, but I found this website which tells you how exactly to make their turkey sandwich, and it says it has 578 calories, and over 36 grams of fat!

  2. Stick with turkey, no cheese, just veggies and vinegar then very good on WW!

    Maybe not even 10.
