Emirates has one of the best salary structures for their pilots as compared to any airline in the world. My father's friends fly both for Emirates and SIA. The former are paid better and enjoy better benefits including total tax free take home salaries, housing, schooling for the kids, medicals, interest free loans and other airlines privileges and perks.

I do not know salary structures worldwide, but would reckon that Emirates are definitely somewhere on the top.
