  2. well im not sure if the rockets will work. The Hornets though have a chance. if they can stay healthy. CP3 is pretty good i think he needs a better SG though and better bench too

  3. This is just you wishing or guessing so it means nothing!!

    Lakers won the west last year and T-Mac can never get out of the first round!! There are 2 facts why I'm right in saying the Lakers will win the west again!!

  4. The Lakers are the Western Conference Champions until one of those guys can take it away or get past the first round at least.  On paper both teams should give lakers a good run, but not yet.

  7. on paper theyre right there with them.  

    now that artest is with the rockets, on paper they seem like extremely good.  problem with them is that tmac and yao always get injured, and they dont have a huge amount of time playing together to build up chemistry.

    the hornets with the addition of posey get a defender who can guard the swingmen, which the hornets didnt have before.  it also gives them a 3 point shooter and hustle player.  the hornets also get playoff experience, and i can only see them getting better.

    you jsut have to see what happens, predictions are just guesses nothing more.

  11. In my opinion the lakers are the best team in the nba and the hornets and rockets aren't as great as they are.

  13. I think that they r... but that dosent mean they will beat the Lakers in the playoffs.

    Right now I think that the Rockets don't have enough team chemistry to beat the Lakers. Ron Artest is a real hot head, and it will take time for him to adjust to a new team w/ him being the 3rd scoring option. I think they will blend together by All-Star break...but will have some problems the first 6 weeks.

    The Hornets have all the pieces to be the west coast champions... but I don't know if their bench can match that of the lakers.

    As for the Lakers, they have 2 newly aquired pieces that they didnt have last year... a healthy Andrew Bynum and that chinese dude from team china... and his 3s r WET!!! The loss of turiaff made hardly any difference.

    W/ that said I will stick w/ The Hornets winning the west... but it sure as s*** wont be easy....

  18. It's hard to say at this point because the season has not started yet. Once they prove themselves in the playoffs, then yes they could be better than the Lakers, but so far the Lakers has been to the finals, and both the Hornets and the Rockets have not.  

  19. -have to wait till we see the new look teams, especially Laker's (addition of Bynum) and Rockets (addition of Artest) play together, before we know for sure..

    -All 3 are serious contenders

    -But on "Paper" the Rockets look the best in the West
