Do you have to go on all the rides and things?

I signed up to go tomorrow without really knowing what it was about (I thought it was just a guided tour of the dungeons...oops!)

I have a really nervous dispositon and HATE being made to jump... do people jump out at you all over the place like in madame tussauds chamber of horrors, live?

What should I expect?

thank you

  1. I seem to remember one guy jumping out on our group but it's not scary at all, just make sure you're on your toes.

They're not scary at all either, don't worry you'll be fine.

  2. they arent scary, they're like.. dark and stuff but thats about it. plus theres tourists everywhere which kind of makes it lose its scary factor, nothing like tussauds dont worry

  3. Hehehe... :] be prepared to jump out of your skin

LOL nah, kids go on it, you'll be fine

  4. Lots of jumping and you will  be scared but nicelly scared , its fun.

  5. Its worse than in Madame Tussauds, they have live actors who guide you round and jump out on you, they also pull visitors up on  the stage and make a complete prat out of them and laugh and have private jokes between themselves, and generally be rude to the visitors.

Trust me, it is absolutely rubbish, don't waste your money going.

  6. Nah, you'll be fine.

There's a lot of cells with displays of some horror movie type things, and some torture devices, but the statues are so fake, you probalby won't get too wrapped up in it.  I was a bit disappointed in it myself.

There's a display of the History of the Plague in London, and a couple of torture devices, and a Dr. Jeckell/Mr. Hyde thing.  It's really fairly tame.   Don't let yourself get all heavy into your imagination before you go, and you should be okay.

Rides?  There are rides?  I don't remember any rides.

  7. No, it's not scary, it's good fun. There are some slightly gory bits but they are honestly just fun, don't be scared, you'll have a great time!

It has scenes from Victorian London performed by actors, it's just pure entertainment.

  8. just be claim and pretend ur familiar if get lost then just ask someone  and there'll be so many faces u never imagine before just get enjoy ur self
