Yes, it is.  Tim Donaghy's story about high level officials from the NBA telling the referees how to call games have been confirmed by other referees.

I'm watching FIBA and the Olympics right now.  I don't remember referees calling the games right for a LONG time!  The NBA should fire the current referees and get those referees over seas.  At least they ain't biased!

Friend, let me tell you a little story.

There was once a little boy (about 7 years old) who was saving up every piece of money he could find. He was saving up for the bicycle that he always wanted.

He was making progress until one day, his "friend" lured him to the candy store and convinced him to spend all of his well-earned money on candy and such. Well, this little boy ate all the candy, and had no more money.
