Are the Phil Family Codes applied equally to the citizen?

Why Jehovah’s witnesses & Muslim brothers in Phil are allowed to have more than one wife legally as per Phil Family Code while Christians are not?

equally to those having the same faith,

different from those of the muslims....besides, being allowed to have more than one wife is not a privilege, it furthers a man to have more obligations with legal impediment unlike those of the non muslims where the 2nd wife  and those succeeding is treated as "home wreaker,husband stealer, flirt,and other bad mouth words" while it is the man who have the financial means, flattery words and the one courting the women.

major religious groups have different beliefs about marriage and the law of the land recognizes these differences.  therefore, the philippine family code has to be clear what must be followed by all citizens, giving exemptions to others by virtue of their beliefs.
