Are the SAT subject tests alot different from the SAT Reasoning test?

if i study for the SAT Reasoning do i need to seperately study for the subject tests (math 1 and english/literature)

  1. i would still study for both if you want to get a good grade

    like my teachers give us outlines for the test.. i used to just study exactly what it was but she would usually put more on the test then what was from the outline so i studied everythihng and then i got reallly good grades so iwould study the SAT reasoning test and iwould also study seaperately for the subject tests


  2. Usually the Math 1 subject test is a lot easier than the math on the Reasoning test, so you should be fine with the math.

    The English Literature subject test is a bit different from the English portion on the Reasoning test. It's more based on literary terms and has a lot of poetry (which you hardly ever see on the Reasoning test). So I would suggest buying a prep book for the English Litearture Subject test (Princeton Review is the best).
