Are the Sony XS-L124P5B 12" 4-ohm subwoofer any good?

im looking to buy two of these. Does anyone know if they sound good or not?

some people can say about sony, but the truth is, if u have a good box , and good amp,

these woofer gonna give u a good sound, do not hear the people tha says the oposite

I have a 12" sony Xplode. 1,200 peak. 350 RMS and it does'nt sound to bad. I've up-graded from these subs, but when it was hooked up....It hit pretty hard. I had a 1,000 watt Visonik D mono amp pushing it. I guess it depends on the amp you have pushing them and the kinda box their in....sealed/ported can make a huge difference in sound.
