  1. yupp and the twins are going to win the divsion

  2. I think yesterday was more of a statement as to how underestimated the KC Royals are rather than the Sox hitting a skid down the stretch.

If you really look at this seasons KC team, they are only a 20 game ace or a 40 HR hitter away from a division title, not to mention that they have ROY locked up in Aviles (if batting .340 doesnt win you ROY then something is seriously wrong with MLB).

I'd give KC no more than 2 years before they win the AL Central.

  3. Letting the pressure get to them?  Listen, the pitching staff was performing way over their heads in the first half....now the stats are slowly correcting themselves.  If the White Sox are going to win the division, the bullpen has to get it together, Contreras has to come back and be somewhat effective, and Javier Vasquez has to turn it around.

P.S. If you think that Carrasco was throwing at Olivo, you need to take a refresher course on the game of baseball.

  4. Well..what about the Metrodome meltdown where Ozzie was fighting with a fan...he's been feeling the heat since that First loss at Minnesota

  5. I just think the Sox are frustrated with the fact that they used to be first in the league in ERA and now they completely lost their solid pitching (now their 6th).Although I do believe Griffey Jr. will add on to the offense, and become a fan favorite quickly in Chicago.I'm sure once Jose Contreras and Scott Linebrink are healthy their pitching can be back to somewhat normal and once Crede's back will be better (who knows how long that will take),he will be on a roll as well.

  6. Just because you make the playoffs doesn't guarantee you a World Series Championship.

  7. Sure they are. But Santo cant feel his feet
