  1. Tonight's game was a tough loss. The Sox ran into a hot pitcher and Buehrle was off his game tonight. But, there are still 3 games left in this series and the Sox are still in front by 1.5 games.

The year's Sox have been an interesting team. The last time they got shut out when Buehrle was pitching was a 5-0 loss to the Rays. They came back the next night and won 6-0.

The Sox won 4 straight from the Twins back in June so they know how to beat them. They are also leading the season series 7-5 so I don't think they're panicking any. The division isn't going to be decided during this series so regardless of what happens the Sox will be fine.

  2. I hope so! I wish they would have won tonight, but we will get them back tomorrow.

  3. I don't know, I guess if they're on a plane they are.

HA! I just saw the score. GO TWINS!!!

  4. They may have been, but after tonight, it would appear the plane has been called back to the gate to check for mechanical difficulties.

  5. If they continue to hit like they did tonight, no they aren't.

  6. Let's hope! Tonights game was a fluke. There were bad calls and we played a good pitcher. I am very confident on the sox winning their division. I believe to do so we need to get our pitching back in the groove, and get a couple players bats to wake up!:] I think its gonna get interesting for the whitesox especialy if we make the playoffs. Crede comes back a week from tomorrow and that will help alot[lets hope he comes back with the great hitting he usualy has and had in the beginning of the season] although i did enjoy seeing Uribe get some playing time haha.

Another thing that has been on my mind is Paul Konerko. It seams like hes gone. But I feel that he is only 34 years old and as someone who batted .314 2 years ago that he can definately still make a comeback, and will. So i think that if Paul wakes up and Crede gets back to being Mr. Clutch then watch out, Because with that, our already strong offence in the rest of the lineup, and our pitching getting back in the groove, Then the Chicago Whitesox will be a dangerous team in the playoffs.

I definately think that the pitching will find its groove again and Crede will remember his swing. So now we just need to wait and see if Konerko can awakin the beast inside of him and become that batter that pitchers fear when they see him at the plate, just as it used to be.

Either way i think well make it to the playoffs.

Sorry for such a long answer.

    LETS GO WHITESOX
