  1. I dont think so...

    Maybe the Meeps are though...

    =)

  2. Hey - somebody has to.  The damned bees have had it too good for too long.

  3. I'M A TRANSLATOR FOR THE VOGONS AND I REGRET TO SAY YES.

APPARENTLY THEY ARE FANS OF BAD POETRY AND BEES.

  4. they got tired of raping humans

  5. Because they CAN!

once they run out of bees though, they will go after us humans :O

    beware!

  6. The only reason the aliens are eating the bees is because when they try to anally probe them the bees sting the prober.

  7. no,pesticides  and aluminum,in the environment that cause dementia like symptoms.aluminum causes alzheimers in humans and it's in your deoderant to.

also it's me,I kill bees, cause I am allergic to their stings, so I kill as many as possible and destroy their hives. we don't need bees. in china they already had a bee problem ,so the workers hand pollinate-really, I saw it on a documentary. if the Chinese can hand pollinate, then so can we

  8. It may be pesticides such as Imidacloprid that are damaging the bee populations, otherwise Colony Collapse disorder is still being investigated, as it's become a major widespread problem.   http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Colony_Coll...  http://www.moraybeekeepers.co.uk/N&Views...

Imidacloprid, for example, is banned in France, due to effects seen on bee populations there, despite the manufacturer - Bayer - admitting any effects due to the long persistence of the pesticide in the environment.

Otherwise, maybe aliens or other causes are involved, and the problem may be a complex one of several causes.

Hope this helps. Good luck!  Rob

  9. Bee decline has been going on for many years in North and South America.  It is not because of Imidacloprid or Merit, even though it has received a lot of bad press. This pesticide has only been out since the mid 80's and the bee decline has been going on since the 50's.  Actually the "killer"  or African honey bee's are a direct result from bee decline. The bee keepers in South America had heard that the African honey bee did not fall prey to bee decline and imported them to strengthen their hives.  Unfortunately they proved to be a much more aggressive then their European cousins, and earned the name killer bees because of their tendency to swarm when they thought their hives were being attacked. they enjoy the same habitat  as we have in our southern states and moved north into America.

There are many theories about what is causing the decline, but that is all they are, theories. Personally I think it is a type of fungi that the bees pick up and bring back to the hive.  The honey bees which we have here in North America are not native to this continent, and the species has not developed an immunity to  the local diseases which inhabit the country.  Again this is just my opinion on the subject as there  has been no real proof as to what is going on. Unfortunately the press tends to jump on any bandwagon slamming the use of pesticides lately and this is just another case of that.

  10. I know a bee guy.  He trucks his bees to the Dakotas every year, and california for the walnut crops too.  He still lives in a big house and drives a nice car.  I think his bees are still doing well for themselves, and avoiding aliens too.
