  1. In terms of vet school, no businesses will pay for your schooling.  There aren't any "full ride" scholarships either.  Most vet students rely primarily on financial aid loans, with just a little bit of help from the (very) few scholarships available.

The Army will pay for 3 years of your vet school education, provided that you serve in the Vet Corps for a few years after graduation.  I believe it's 3 or 4 years of active duty, and then a few more years inactive.  It is a little ridiculous that the Army is willing to pay for all 4 years of medical schooling, but not vet school.

My best recommendation is to not go into debt financing your undergraduate education.  Stay in-state, attend a public school, and apply for as many scholarships as you can.  Vet school is quite expensive, and you'll be at a huge advantage if you enter it debt-free.

  2. Vet school is a long way off if you haven't started college yet.  You might be able to get an employer pay for you to go to college if you are a vet tech or want to be a vet tech.
