Are the bags under my eyes bad? (pics)?

i was just wondering if they where bad, ugly looking?

and advice?

I wonder if you're similar to your parents or grandparents around the eyes? I'm sure our genes play a large role in determining if we have puffy areas below our eyes.

For what it's worth, I think you're an attractive young woman and your eyes do not look weird or ugly.

I'm sure it's a very difficult thing to do if ignorant and rude people you know are making unpleasant comments about puffiness below your eyes, but I'd try not to worry about it. The problem is not with you, it's with them. I bet that if you woke up tomorrow with your eyes looking perfect (whatever that means), those obnoxious people would only find something else to criticise. My experience is that people who are rude enough to pass comments like the ones you've had are generally very insecure and unhappy with their own appearance and they're trying to feel better about themselves by making others feel worse. It doesn't work, of course, and they remain bitchy and unhappy unless they finally acquire a bit of maturity.

Having said all that, if you're really concerned about the puffy area below your eyes, you could consider the advice on the forum I've linked to below. You'll see mention of "Anusol". This is a product sold in Britain (possibly elsewhere under the same or a different name) which reduces the swelling of piles or hemorrhoids. You could try this stuff, but I'm not sure which you'd find most embarrassing: the puffiness below your eyes or going into a pharmacy and buying some hemorrhoid cream!

Well they do look rather noticeable ... have i tryed dringking alot of water? and get lots of sleep /rest ...

Those look as bad as mine, which isn't very.

First, getting enough to drink and sleep is the normal answer. You could try using concealer to hide it, it works. Sometimes bags are genetic. Nothing you can do.

i can tell you have them,

but if i just happened to come across that photo, i wouldn't point out that you have bags under your eyes,

dont make a deal,

you can sleep for years and it probably won't go away,

doesn't matter, at least their not dark :D
