If compared  ours, they have it all over  us ,they make there own  dwelling, clothes, food reserves. can tell latitude and longitude by using the stars and live in a climate hat would have you as skiff as a Saturday Woodie in one day build seaworthy craft from skin and bone, and have been making their own art for centuries. primitive? no, differant, yes

    They've got snowmobiles, satillite tv, internet access, gas heated homes, telephones, indoor plumbing, hunting rifles, home computers, artist co-ops and well developed religious and social systems.

    Nah...I wouldn't call them primitive. Try googleing the correct term,  "Inuit" as opposed to "Eskimo". That'll help in your research.

  3. No.  They exist in the modern world and are well aware of modern technology, science, geography, etc.  They use some of these modern conviences and they use some older personal cultural techniques for others.  It is just a matter of preference.
