no, their ody shape was not different but there was no any type figure maintaining machines. and about the clothes they wore is they didn't have any knowledge about the clothes to wear and even about the s*x. they were leading a simple living life

It's not true about them being shorter. Cro Magnon man was actually taller than modern Europeans (good nutrition). It's only once you start getting into agricultural eras that people were short, due to poor calorie intake.

They did tend to have heavier, thicker bones though, mostly from very heavy labour.
