Are the boxer briefs, boxer trunks, briefs etc (except boxer) are only for guys with a big package?

They are made for all guys. There are different sizes- small, medium, and large, etc, for all styles of underwear including boxer briefs and the others you mentioned. Buy different styles that you think you might like, and just try them a few times. Most underwear are not that pricey that you can't try a little of everything and know what you feel good wearing, and what makes you look good.

They are NOT only for guys with big packages. Trust me. I am living proof.
