  1. I don't know about the ones from that website - but I have used ones from hypnosis downloads.com - obviously I can't say that they will work for you - but I found them great

  2. Hello

You can get them from my site also http://www.cosmiccheques.co.uk/hypnosis-...

I am also a Hypnotherapist & these types of CD's will work, but only where there are no subconscious blocks.

    Sadhara

  3. any kind of hypnosis works for a while only ,it is not the answer for an easy cure of bad habits in the long term .every body i know who has tried it for whatever reason had the same results in the long term--nothing much --

  4. They don't work for very many people. I am a hypnotherapist and the induction has to be tailormade for the patient. That's why a general CD which is supposed to cover everybody's needs doesn't really work.

Hypnosis works, also long term. I have proof of this in my practice and on myself. But it has to be tailored to the needs of each patient.

If you can afford it, go to a good hypnotherapist - preferably one who practices Ericksonian hypnosis (from Milton Erickson).

    All the best!

  5. I've never tried any from that website but, from this website  have a few cds and they work amazingly:

    http://www.ont-hypnosis-centre.com/ohc/c...

  6. Why not give it a shot for yourself? Anyone's experience here is no better than the anecdotes on the website of the company.

What you might want to do is to look at what they are claiming and ask yourself if it sound reasonable that what they are claiming is possible? Sound too good to be true? Probably is. Look into the effectiveness of hypnotherapy. See what kinds of studies have been done by reputable organizations (like universities) on the effectiveness of hypnotherapy.

From what studies I've seen there seems to be no supporting evidence for the efficacy of hypnotherapy. The 'stop smoking' studies showed no better than trying to quit by yourself, for instance. So if the whole basis of their product is 'iffy' then it might be safe to say that they're products are bunk. You don't even need the anecdotal evidence, which is pretty much worthless as evidence. Anedotes are really only good to help decide where to look when doing a study. It isn't data.
