Would it be a bit more dangerous to ride a roller coaster on a rainy/wind day?

I'm going to California's Great America.

Should I or should I not go on a coaster if its raining?

  1. Doesnt matter because the coaster is on rails so rain wont do anything to it.

I would still go unless its cold.

  2. All theme parks have a crew that monitors the weather conditions for their customers and you wont have to worry about this, just have fun.

  3. They will shut down the rides when the conditions become risky.

  4. If the ride is open--then it is safe to ride it--unless they have a bad plan to stay open waiting for you--just to kill you on a slippery wet roller coaster. Hey--with some luck it may even lightning and thunder--just for fun

  5. you worry to much. have fun
