Are the contacts that don't require glasses?

I was thinking about getting color contacts, but I don't wear glasses. Is it possible to buy color contacts even though you don't wear glasses? I was thinking about getting the contacts from here

Yeah you can get them but they're really stupid. I would hate if I got interested in someone and their eyes were fake.

Even though they are non prescription, meaning they don't have any power, you still need to go see an eye doctor for a proper contact lens fitting and a written prescription.  Contacts are first a medical device and NOT a fashion accessory.  Anyone that sells you contact lenses without a proper prescription is breaking the law.
