  1. Thanks for asking!  I have my first cruise on Holland America on Saturday!

The Culinary Arts Center demo's are worth the money and the time.  If you take the open class it is free for the demo.  The prepare the item for you right there and you get the receipe.   I would suggest that if you are not a huge Culinary person then you may not want to buy the sessions.  The group public sessions are just as good.

  4. To be honest with you thats almost impossible to answer.... it all depends on how good the guest/celebrity/executive chef is thats doing it...

    I've seen some really spectacular shows where you just stare thinking how the HECK did he just make such a meal out of nothing, and at other times they have all sorts of fab ingredients and and up with a lacklustre thing slapped on a plate at the end...

    so to answer your question there is no guarrantee, but ive seen ALOT more good shows than bad ones
