Question:

Are the effects of Zoloft reversible?

It doesn't permanently dull the nerves in the brain or anything like that does it? If I were to take it for a few months, all my brain chemistry, including nerve sensitivity would go back to the way it was before I started, wouldn't it?

I'm asking because I recently began treatment and am experiencing diminished libido, erectile dysfunction, ejaculatory delay, and most concerning, a far less intense o****m. I’m guessing this is all normal too...? How does it do that?

  1. No it doesn't do anything that is permanent. I was on Zoloft for 2 years and 5 years later I'm perfectly fine.

  2. Zoloft is a neurogenic. So, in other words, no, the effects of Zoloft are not reversible, unless you kill the neurons that were created by it.
