  1. nope, it's just like egg beaters.  it comes in a great big plastic bag and they cook it.

  2. yes.

  3. they use both liquid eggs, and real eggs

  4. yes they are pre cracked and package in cartons like milk but still real good eggs.and they are real eggs.

  5. If people went to the McDonald's website and read the ingredients

they would probably  never eat a fast food breakfast again.

  6. Both fast food and casual dining use real eggs for the fried egg products.

For any type of scrambled eggs, it comes packaged in either a large plastic bag (Denny's/Ihop) or in cartons like egg beaters (McDonalds). The liquid eggs, as we call them in the restaurant business, have a base of fresh eggs but water is added (by the manufacturer) in order to save the restaurant money, allow the the egg's to go further (as in more plates worth), reduce labor which reduces restaurant cost, and they are assumed to have a longer shelf life.

Liquid eggs are NOT the same as egg beaters, as someone noted. Liquid eggs are made with real egg whites, but an egg flavoring is added in order to taste like "real eggs" but is an option for health concious patrons.

  7. Theres a big difference in between fast food and resturant.  I think that more of the most fast food chains use liquid eggs Which is just like hard shelled eggs but pre cracked and most of the time the contain extra ingrediants.  While most breakfast resturants or 24 hour resturants like Dennys, IHOP, and Perkins. Uses real hard shell eggs because they make eggs to order like Over Easy, Over Well, or Sunny Up.

  8. ok if u get scrambled eggs or egg whites its just a liquid thats all made from the factory.

but if u get like a egg thats over hard, easy, medium. those are real but they sit out for a while and they tend to get nasty.

  9. no they are just egg beaters

  10. McDonalds real! but i question that/ as I see Milk cartons poured probably real but pre shelled? onto grill for scrambled eggs? burger king same thing, only exception is Whataburger I've seen large egg brick of say 48'S like from local egg producers (Hickman farms)

  11. Nope.

  12. Yes and no.  If it looks like a egg (ie egg McMuffin) it is.  If it's scrambled it came out of a box.

  13. powdered eggs......they don't taste real

  14. I work at McDonald's.  Our Folded Egg which is found on a Baccon Egg and Cheese Biscuit or Griddle, and the Scrambled Eggs are made from liquid egg/egg beaters.

The round egg which is found on the McMuffin's are made from whole eggs.
