First of all, they aren't legal in tournaments. Second of all, they effects vary depending on how you read them. So if they seem too powerful, it might be because their effect aren't offical

and note that it only have their description, not their effect!

if they have their effect and is was legal.....ur deck would be pretty powerful once u have them on the field!
